Some of my sisters and my mom got together again and did some canning...
and by some canning I mean 84 jars!
It was great to learn how my mom used to can all those peaches we used to eat when we were little...and now I get to make them for my family as well!

I love love love home canned fruits. Have you tried canned pears? YUM! My parents are Soooo into canning pickles. I can honestly say, I will never eat a store canned pickle after eating theirs for so long!
