Sewing?....

Disclaimer: I had just gotten down doing some major major needed R&R for my sister who is prego! Hence the crustiness!
So...My sisters and I got a sewing machine for our birthdays! They came with a free sewing lesson. I think that is all I have to say.....

Do I look frustrated to you?...I totally thought my one year of sewing lessons when I was 12 was going to help me out! IT DIDN'T!

Tomorrow I am going to make pajama pants! HELP ME RHONDA! OR MOM...VICKI...RACHEL...anyone!

Ditchin' Idaho!

Jeff and I decided to take a surprise road trip to Washington for Easter and for Dad's birthday! So we jumped in the truck right after I got home from work at 637 in the morning and took the short 10 hour drive home! We had so much fun with the family while we were there, even though I was sick HALF THE TIME! This picture above was right after the Easter egg hunt. We ALL decided to play a game of "bump" outside on the basketball court. It was a blast!!

This is Miners, its a big hit with the Sabin family. This was my first time being there! It was sooo good. Jeff was in heaven, I think he could live off of hamburgers and fries if I let him!

This picture was taken only a few hours after we got to the house. Jeff had already left to go ride bikes with his brothers. I stayed behind and dyed Easter eggs with the kids. The kids taught me how to do it the right way, let's just say I'm a novice at dying Easter eggs.

Craig (Jeffs dad) gave me an awesome Christmas gift! A manicure and pedicure! I hadn't used it yet so Sara and I decided to slip away and go into town with Vicki. We pampered ourselves.

Ok so this picture isn't really posted to show how beautiful we are...in fact Sara would probably kill me if she saw this on here! But I had to give a shout out to my sista sista who left Rexburg and moved back to Mattawa to get married! We hung out with each other all the time while she was living with us in the burg! We are really going to miss her and Derek (her boy toy)!

Mattawa was beautiful and of course we miss it! But good thing I get to see this wonderful piece of work everyday! Thank you Mattawa for letting me take your boy away with me.

Family Fun!

This week was filled with so many fun adventures! First I had to get through the beginning of the week and go to work...but then it was all worth it because Jeff's family came for the weekend to do some dirt bike riding. We had so much fun while they were here. We played basketball together for like 3 hours, the boys went dirt biking, girls went shopping and we all ate yummy food. We love when the family comes. Jeni and Heidi's family weren't able to come so we missed them but we get to go to Mattawa in a week so we get to see them then.
I didn't take any pictures of the action with the family but the night that they left, Jeff and I, including Sara and Derek went to the Monster Truck show in Pocatello, Idaho.

I even wore my awesome belt buckle that I won during high school rodeo. I had to fit in with the hicks right?!

After the show we went back to my parents house and watched general conference with my family, we even got to see little Hailey's blessing. We had a great week with lots of family fun! We are so blessed to have such great families!!
