Scrapes, Bruises and Bumps!!
If any of you know my husband you know that he is a dirt bike fanatic! He lives, eats and breathes dirt biking! This summer has been one of his best riding summers yet...thanks to a couple of his best buddies (Dane, Marty, Greg and Roger) they have made it so fun for him and he has made lifelong friends! And so have I!
(I am going to get a group picture of all of them soon! They're a sight to see after they go riding!)
(McCall, you will have to help me get all the boys together for a picture)
Jeff is literally busy from 7 AM to 9 PM from Sunday to Friday with school, work and church callings so Saturday is his only time to play! Yeah I could be a needy wife and ask him to spend every Saturday with me and to be honest sometimes it is hard to let him go riding every Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM! Especially since I work in the middle of the night sometimes we don't see each other for more than 5 minutes during the week! But I think I have one of the hardest working husbands in the United States and he deserves to go and have his fun on the weekends!
When Jeff started to go riding every Saturday he would come home with scrapes and bruises all over his arms. His famous words are, "Man that was such a good work out," and "It was just so hot I had to roll up my sleeves," don't forget the famous, "OH there are tons of trees up there and it is so fun to smack them away with your arms and your helmet as you ride through them!"
Putting all those quotes together you can see why he comes home with scrapes and bruises up to his shoulders from all of the "awesome" trees!
Every time he leaves I tell him to be safe and every time he comes home and jumps out of the shower I can't help but roll my eyes when I see his mangled up arms. This boy is relentless and no matter what I say...it won't change a thing so I touch his arms and sometimes give him kisses but I know that he will get more the next Saturday so it doesn't surprise me anymore.
This last Saturday was kind of a different story.
I was in Reagan's room putting away all of the wonderful things I had gotten for the shower when Jeff comes in from riding. He gave me a little kiss and went straight to the shower. After he got ready he came back into the room brushing his teeth...that is when I saw this! All I could say was, "What did you do?" He smiled at me, looked down at his arm, looked back up at me and simply said, "OH That?...mmm nothing!"
I later found out that he had more major scrapes and bruises under his shoulders! No wonder he got dressed so fast that day! Like he was gonna keep them hidden from me for forever!!
To be honest it doesn't look to bad in the pictures but when he comes home with scrapes like this one almost every week you start to get a little worried...
we went to dinner with his buddies that night and they were showing each other their war wounds from that day!
It was like me showing off an adorable new purse from Dillard's that was 50% off to my girlfriends and all of us dying over it!
I tried to put Band-Aids on it but he was very hesitant and kept saying, "Oh its fine, its not bleeding!"
YEAH RIGHT! He went in for a kiss and totally got his blood and my shirt and on my pants!
OH what can you do?...at least he comes home alive with no broken bones!
I will take scrapes and bruises over that any day!
Maybe this little girl will calm him down!
PROBABLY NOT!

BABY SHOWER TIME!
Today was such a fun day! My friend Hannah threw me a baby shower!

Complete with yummy food, drinks and adorable party favors!
Don't forget the games!
We played a game where we had to guess how big my belly was by cutting a piece of yarn the width of it! It was fun seeing how big people thought my belly was! I was more off than anyone else! My piece of yarn was WAY to long!
HERE I AM IN ALL MY GLORY AT 34 WKS! ENJOY THE PICTURES OF ME FOLKS BECAUSE I HAD MAJORS ISSUES WITH PUTTING THESE PICTURES ON MY BLOG BUT THEN I REALIZED THAT EVERYONE ALREADY KNOWS HOW HUGE I AM SO I MIGHT AS WELL NOT EVEN TRY TO HIDE IT!:)
All of my closest friends were there! It was so fun talking and laughing with everyone!

Thanks Hannah for such a wonderful shower! It was so perfect. And thanks to everyone that helped out and for all the gifts! I have such great friends and it was so fun to have them all there to celebrate with me! Reagan is going to win the best dressed award for sure!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND HAPPY FATHER'S DAY BABY!
Jeff turned 24 last thursday! Unfortunately I had to work that night but we celebrated his birthday throughout the week so it made up for it.
Today is Father's day and Jeff wins the best daddy award! Ok I know we don't have any kids yet but this little Reagan is already being spoiled by her daddy! Every single day he places his hands on my belly and gives my belly kisses. He also talks to her everyday and tells her about his day. He is already so connected to his little girl and is convinced that she is going to be a daddy's girl! I have a feeling that she is going to be too! How could she not be?...
I know I'm a little bias but he really is going to be the best father ever!
I don't say this enough but I truly feel like I married way above what I deserved! Seriously I have the best husband ever. He is such a hard working, tender loving man. I am so grateful for him and I know that he will be the best father ever! I really am so blessed to have met him and to be able to spend the rest of my life with him!
This year for Jeff's birthday we went on a cruise but since that was a while ago I had to get a few things for him and it was for Father's Day as well! He needed new jeans and has wanted a blender for a long time!
He was at church meetings Tuesday night but when he came home there was a surprise for him...chocolate milkshakes in the new blender! That is Jeff's favorite treat!
If you think the cake is inappropriate I apologize but Jeff thought it was hilarious and I couldn't stop laughing while I was making it! I told Jeff it was me on his cake!:) I thought it was pretty clever!
On the day of his birthday I made him breakfast and his favorite dinner that he could eat without me on his birthday!:( Then on Friday we went to dinner and spend time together planting flowers and adding a few things to Reagan's room.

Overall it was a pretty good birthday with what we had to work with. Jeff said it was a great day and he was smiling from ear to ear so that made me feel like it was a success!
I seriously love that man more than I can even express...I am seriously one lucky girl!! I love you baby so much!

UPDATE!!
This last week has been a blur of goodness and insanity!
My dad, Richard, and Kim got us this beautiful rocking chair for our little Reagan and for the rest of our family! We will use this chair for the rest of our lives! It is a perfect addition to our home...Thanks again Dad and Kim for such a wonderful gift!
Jeff is the 2nd counselor in a bishopric up at BYUI so we get to host FHE for a group of single adults twice a semester and last night was the first adventure with all of them!
I had just finished working three in a row and woke up early from sleeping after work to go shopping for the party! 5 pounds of meat and 4 bags of chips later I was ready to cook for the masses!

Here we all are crammed into our apt! We had a great spiritual thought and had so much fun with each other! It was weird that they are all the same age as us but they were calling us Brother and Sister Sabin! Jeff is such a good counselor and such a good example to them and they are such a good example to Jeff and I as well!
Here I am at 32 wks! I am 33 wks on friday but I had to put these pictures up because I thought it they were hilarious! I still go workout and walk when I don't work but I have to transition to my BIG workout shirts! But don't worry because they aren't even big enough anymore! If you look close enough you can see my belly poking out under my shirt! It was annoying trying to walk and push my shirt down the whole time!
I think it might be time to wear some of Jeff's small workout shirts! Hopefully they will cover my big belly!
It's my wonderful, fantastic and handsome husbands birthday on Thursday but of course I have to work so I will be trying to pamper him before and after work! I will post about that soon! Pin It Now!

IT'S FINISHED!
INTRODUCING REAGAN JANE SABIN'S ROOM!
Jeff and I really tried to decorate her room on a budget!
We looked long and hard for our furniture and remodeled a dresser that we already had.
The table and chair are from an awesome website called 'Vintage Farm Furniture'! I got the chair for free from winning a drawing! It really does complete the room!
I made the pillows and the curtains and the bedding on her crib was a gift from my sister in laws! I got these perfectly matching baskets at TJMAXX!
This fabulous bird is from Rod Works.

I already had the canopy, lamp, coat rack, bulletin board and picture frame that still needs a picture in it!
My mother in law has a 'Cricut' so we used it to make the vinyl letters on the plate and the R on her door!

There is still a couple things I would like to do...a few final touches but for now the room is perfect!
Including all the furniture we roughly spent 350 dollars on the entire room! I think we did pretty good!
We are so excited for her to come and really happy about how the room turned out!

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!
Jeff and I went to Mattawa this weekend for the last time before the baby comes. All the family was there and we all had so much fun playing games, hanging out outside and eating yummy food prepared and made by the fabulous Vicki!
I have been to Mattawa in the spring before but I didn't remember that it was like a war zone there.
The cherry tree growers have fans that sound like helicopters to help the rain from staying on the cherries, they also have helicopters that come during the day to spray the rain off as well. Not only that but the orchard farmers have propane bombs that go off literally every 30 seconds to scare off the birds! It was intense waking up to that every morning! I felt like it was World War 3! I never realized how much work has to go into farming some fruits! It is intense!
Our camera died on the first day we got there so we only got a few pictures!
30 weeks!
Jeff and his little brother Jared spend most of the weekend on the dirt bikes! They have so much fun together!

I can't believe that next time we visit there we will have a little baby! We are excited to go back in the fall and we miss everyone already! Thanks Vicki and the rest of the family for making the weekend so great and memorable! Pin It Now!
