SURPRISE!!!
Jeff had a little time off from work because he had just finished a huge project...so what did we decide to do!?........DRIVE TO MATTAWA!!!
That's right!...we took our 2 month old child for a 10 hour car ride!
She did amazing! Reagan is such a good little baby! She never cried once! The only problem we had was when we got there...which was 2 in the morning and Reagan cried for a good two hours because she had so many gas bubbles from being fed in her car seat! So Jeff and I stayed out in the car trying to hold her, feed her and burp her so we wouldn't wake anyone up! We were out there till 4:30! It was all worth it though!

Everyone was so excited to see us there! It was a definite surprise! We got a surprise too!!...
Heidi and Kyle were there too! So we got to meet Lindsay and see all their family! Not only that but the rest of the family came for the weekend too! Sara drove down from Moses, Marci drove from Seattle and Jeni and Kevin brought their 4 kids from Tri-cities!
The most interaction they did was hit each others arms while they both were flinging them!...but I am sure once they are older they will become best friends!
A proud grandmother!

Marci had the touch with Reagan! Reagan sat in that position and fell asleep there for a good hour and a half!
We didn't get as many pictures as I had wanted to but the weekend turned out great! Vicki was so awesome to accommodate all of us on such short notice!

I AM TWO MONTHS OLD!!!
EVERYONE GET READY FOR A LONG POST!
It has been so so fun being a mother to miss Reagan Jane!
Some of her favorite things to do lately...
cuddle with mommy!
...look at daddy!
...she is obsessed with this mirror! Every time I put her down on the changing table she turns right to the mirror...I went down to her view to see what she was looking at and it was just the ceiling...don't know what it is but she will smile and laugh!

...she loves skyping her aunts!
...loves taking naps! I love this picture with her hand!

...she loves being held like this...she also loves to pull daddy's arm hair with her little hand while she is being held...it is hilarious! You can see her doing it in this picture!

...and she loves to eat! She is getting very chunky and delicious!

Here are a couple videos of her yumminess! She gets her two month old shots next Tuesday! I can't believe she is two months!
WE LOVE YOU REAGAN JANE!!

The last few weeks!
Wow! Time flies! These last few weeks have been so wonderful!
Saturday morning I woke up after having a dream that I had really short hair! I went for a run with Reagan and Jeff and that was all I could think about! I have been considering it for a long time but I had such beautiful long hair I didn't know what to do!
Jeff didn't really care either way he said, "Oh it's just hair!" I mean he's right! So I decided to just do it!

I actually love it but miss my long hair for sure! It will take a while to get used to!
Jeff has continued to be completely delusional while he is asleep! This was taken literally 5 minutes after he laid down. I have no idea how he falls asleep so fast. After I took the picture I quickly took Reagan out of his arms. I didn't trust her there for a second! Not because I don't trust Jeff as a dad but because I don't trust Jeff as a sleeping dad!
Just the other weekend I tried to wake him up to grab Reagan from her crib, change her diaper and bring her to me to feed...after (no exaggeration) 10 tries of shaking him and saying his name he finally sat up on the side of the bed! Some people would think that was progress...umm think again! Jeff can sleep sitting up on the side of the bed just as soundly as laying down! After a few more pushes and name callings he finally stood up. Oh I should also mention that at this point it would be so much easier if I would have just gotten up to get Reagan. But I go back to work in 6 weeks and if Reagan isn't sleeping through the night by then we are going to have some serious problems! Ok back to the story, once he got up he left the room and turned right back around with his arms out rocking like he was holding Reagan! But don't worry Reagan was no where to be found! "Really?!?" was all I could say to him! He just replied sluggishly, "Here, take her!" At this point I was just getting annoyed! "Jeff, you don't have anything in your arms for the love!!"
He then asked me again what he was suppose to do and went back into her room and got her!
WOW! I just have to keep repeating PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE!!
He is a fabulous Dad between the hours of 7 AM-11 PM!
Love you baby!
She is growing so fast! We weighed her on our scale when she turned 6 weeks and she was 11 pounds!! WOW! She is just shy of 7 weeks and I wouldn't doubt if she was 12 pounds now! Doubling her birth weight! I am actually really relieved that she is growing so well! It made me a little nervous that she was on the smaller side when she was born! Since she has been on Prevacid her reflux is so much better! Thank goodness because I am sure that is helping her gain weigh due to the fact that it helps keep her food down!
Jeff is a pro bath time giver! She is old enough now to take big girl showers with her daddy! She loves bath/shower time!
Jeff and I have been running every night to try and prepare for the Ragnar Race my family is doing in October but we will soon have to take the training indoors due to the early Fall weather in Rexburg!

She is so wonderful and perfect! We love her so much! She smiles at us all the time now and when she is awake she will follow us and turn her head when she hears our voices! It is so fun to watch her progress!

Reagan's Blessing Day!
This last weekend was so wonderful! We had so many supportive wonderful family members here. Sunday September 5Th 2010 will be a day I will never forget! Jeff did such a fantastic job on the blessing and it was hard to not get emotional as I watched our little girl being held and rocked during the blessing by so many wonderful men! Having 14 brothers and sisters and being one of the youngest brings a lot of baby blessings! It was surreal to me that this Sunday it was MY child that was blessed!
Every time I look at her it still amazes me that she is our daughter!
After the blessing we all went to my parents house for some dinner!
Craig, Vicki, Jared, Marci, Sara and Derek all took the 8 hour drive on Saturday to come see Reagan and come to the blessing! It was so fun to have them here! One of the best visits I think! It was so fun seeing all of them and how much they loved Reagan! They even had a timer on the microwave in 10 minute segments where they would hold Reagan then have to pass her off to the next person when the 10 minutes were up! They all had to leave Sunday night so it was a very short trip but while they were here it was such a blast! All my family had so much fun with them...it was fun talking and laughing with everyone!
I am sure you all know this already but Rachel and Liza live far far away! TOO FAR AWAY! They told me over and over again how they wanted to come up this weekend but that they didn't have the time, money or transportation. They were going to head to St. George for the Labor Day weekend...well as Rachel and Devin were on their way to California Devin made up his mind that they were gonna make the drive to Idaho Falls for the weekend! They got into Vegas at midnight, picked up Liza and Hazel, (Jason drove up the next day after work) and drove the rest of the way to Idaho Falls throughout the night!
I was in Idaho Falls that morning working out with my mom and brother in law! I was heading home when I got a phone call from my mom telling me to come back to the house. I was confused and wondered why but she assured me that I wanted to come back!
I pulled into the drive and my mom and dad were standing there...I put the car in park and out from the bushes came Liza, Hazel, Devin, Rachel, Finley and Crew!
I was so surprised and of course was freaking out and couldn't stop crying!! I still can't believe they took the 11 hour trek up to Idaho Falls with little kids! WOW! That literally made the weekend absolute perfection! Thanks again guys for sacrificing and driving up here!

We had homemade Cafe Rio for dinner! I couldn't have done it without the help of Vicki! Thanks again for all the help with getting all the food and preparing it! Also to all my sisters and mom for helping me prepare and make the other food as well!
Sara was so good with Reagan and with all the other little kids too!!
My beautiful amazing mothers!
All of the wonderful food ready to eat!! It was delicious and a perfect way to end a perfect day!
The weekend couldn't have gone better! It was so wonderful! Thanks again to all the family that came to support us! We will forever be grateful and never forget it.
We all love you so much Reagan Jane Sabin!
