This year was so much fun! We didn't do much but for us it is the beginning of trick-o-treating with our kids! Since Reagan was born we have called her our 'little pea-pod!' It was meant to be that she dressed up like one for Halloween!
We found a costume from Target but Jeff's sister Jeni already had one so we borrowed it from her!!
On Friday Jeff and I went to the Melaleuca offices to go trick-o-treating with some of the family! It was Jeff's first time and he loved it! It is so fun going there...each department had different themes like Willy Wonka and Wild Wild West!
Reagan stole the show! Everyone was dying over her costume! They fell in love...even though some of them thought she was a boy...
She fell asleep half way through the festivities and would not let go of the pee on her costume! It was adorable!
When Dad saw her he couldn't stop laughing! He was showing everyone in the office! He loved it!
On Saturday I was suppose to work but I got put on call because it has been so slow up there so Jeff and I went to our ward party then went to my sister Sara's house to hang out!
We were suppose to dress up as 'farmers of the Pea-pod' but with little time to put it together we had to wing-it!
Landon (my nephew) was Napoleon Dynamite!
Addy (my niece) was a Cave Women!
...OH Tade...how we love you so!
Pin It Now!
I tried a lot of different Halloween recipes this year!! These spiders were really fun to make but they weren't very good...next year I am making them a different way!
My friend Erika brought these adorable and delicious Candy Corn cupcakes when a few high school friends got together a couple weeks ago!!
It was so fun to get together with everyone and we missed the friends that couldn't make it!
I made these Candy Corn sugar cookies yesterday just for fun!! They turned out great I wished they had taken their shape better but I will try them again next year!
Yes they are homemade! Sara didn't believe it! I made the sugar cookie dough and separated the dough into three balls...I dyed them all different colors then layered them in a bread pan and let them chill in the freezer...then I cut them into triangles! Super easy and super cute!!
This adorable blanket that Reagan is lying on was sent to us this week along with an adorable Fall outfit from Grandma Vicki!! Thanks again Grandma! Reagan loves it!
This is the start of a very fun holiday season! Even though I get the joy of working Christmas this year I am not upset...that is what happens when you work in the medical field! Hopefully very very soon there will be a very exciting post of what has been happening in our lives lately!! STAY TUNED!!
