SAUSAGE PENNE

Remember this {POST}!
Well I’ve had quite a few emails asking me for the recipe.
Of course this was pre-paleo yet this recipe is delicious.
I NEVER eat sausage, or any pig for that matter…I just do not like it…
I’m sure it’s all mental since all I can think about is the feel of their dry skin and their nasty hair and maybe {THIS TOO}!!
BUT I try to still cook with it since my husband LOVES it and this dish was SO good I ate it too!!
So although I should have posted it a while ago…here is the recipe for all you beauties out there!

{SAUSAGE PENNE}
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 1/2 TBSP dry onion flakes 
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 C sun-dried tomatoes 
16 oz. penne noodles
4 C. chicken broth
1 C. heavy cream
5 oz. fresh spinach

Cook sausage and onion in large pot. Add garlic, dried tomatoes, and penne.
Pour in broth and cream, cover and bring to a boil. 
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15-20 minutes (or till pasta is cooked), stirring occasionally.
Stir in spinach and cook till it wilts (above 2 minutes).
Garnish with basil and serve while hot!
