Looking for a quick and easy dessert that won’t leave you feeling bloating and overwhelmed after eating?
Man you better be glad you checked out my blog today because I have the recipe of goodness for all of you!
These Paleo Brownies are ALL NATURAL, EASY and DELICIOUS!!
you will need:
almond flour {FRED MEYERS}
all natural, unsweetened dates 
baking soda
dark chocolate over 73% cacao {FRED MEYERS}
coconut milk

1 cup dark chocolate chips 73% cacao (if you want to use a bar, it’s about 6 ounces)
½ cup coconut milk (canned)
2 eggs
1 ¼ cups blanched almond flour
½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened dried dates {The original recipe uses white chocolate chips but that isn’t Paleo friendly so if you switch it up with some dates it’s just as sweet} 
  1. Blend dates and coconut milk in blender until dates are broken up in small pieces
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut milk mixture in a small saucepan over very low heat
  3. When chocolate is completely melted, remove saucepan from heat
  4. Stir eggs into saucepan containing chocolate/coconut milk mixture
  5. Next, stir in almond flour, salt and baking soda
  6.  with oil of your choice
  7. Pour batter into baking dish, then sprinkle remaining white chocolate chips over batter
  8. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes
  9. Cool and serve

I was very skeptical at how they would turn out…
since I am a BIG fan of the high calorie, butter filled, rich brownies I wasn’t sure if I would be a fan of these healthy simple things…

Can I just say they WERE AMAZING!

They were delicious and I think it made them that much more delicious because they were so healthy!!
