I realize I just had a little baby boy ONE WEEK AGO...but I am SO behind on my blog postings that I have to stray away from talking about my delicious, precious bundle of joy and give a little shout out to my hard working, hunkofahusband!
A few weeks ago Jeff and I decided to put the basement finishing on hold and instead build a fence for our Reagan this summer.
An amazing solution for a busy toddler and a mommy with a new babe.
Once we decided the fence was the way to go Jeff got busy and worked sun up to sun down!
Here are some pictures from the 2 weeks of fence building madness!
Reagan goes outside to play everyday now!
It's so nice to have the option of letting her play by herself while I'm busy cleaning or taking care of Baylor.
The second Jeff got done building the fence he was busy helping our friends build their roping arena!
He was busy doing this while I was working...so naturally he took Reagan out to play in the dirt while he worked!
Dirty just like daddy!
Sorry about the quality...most of these pictures are from his phone!
I think it's safe to say we have a little cowgirl on our hands!!
I am so grateful to have a hard working husband that can bust out projects like these and save us money!
OH and I'm grateful he's so easy going and let's Reagan get all dirty...cause every kid should experience that!
XOXO

ReplyDeleteYou guys have a huge yard like we do, we have yet to fence it in, which would be wonderful given my 3 years old tendency to wander off whenever she likes :) I'm behind on my blog reading, congrats on your little boy! I'm gonna have to scroll back some of your posts to see some pics!
ReplyDeleteHOLY GINORMOUS YARD!!!!!!!!! And what beautiful grass too!! Jeff is such a handy man. The fence looks so amazing. That Miss Reagan is such a cutie pie. Brinley loves playing in the dirt, her mama just won't let her get too dirty! ahhhh I am such a wimpy mom when it comes to dirty kids! I need to be more chill like you and just let her have a good time. Love that little Baylor baby.
ReplyDeletethat comment was from me :-)
ReplyDeleteI agree. To me, dirty faces = happy kids.....so my kids are ALWAYS happy :)
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of Reagan laying down in the mud! She's the sweetest!

ReplyDeleteLove your daughter's name....because it's the same is mine! Rarely have I come across in 30+ years someone who spells it just like me!
