YOUR FITNESS/HEALTH QUESTIONS ANSWERED!!

It’s been a month since I posted my
and since then I have gotten SO MUCH great feedback and love for it!
First, I want to say thank you for your comments and love!
It’s amazing how much us momma’s support each other and help each other out!

I have gotten a lot of question about my PALEO diet and my journey in general so without further ado…let’s get down to some questions!
WHAT IS PALEO?
 A Paleo diet involves eating meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, little starch, some fruit and no sugar.  It means no grains, legumes, dairy or alcohol.  It means staying away from all processed foods.

IS THE PALEO DIET BEST WHEN BREASTFEEDING and DID YOU BREASTFEED WHILE LOSING WEIGHT and DID YOU LOSE YOUR MILK WHILE DOING CROSSFIT?
 I breastfed Reagan for about 9 months and Baylor for 2 months (CLICK HERE to read why I stopped breastfeeding Baylor so early)
To be honest with you…I don’t lose all my weight unless I stop breastfeeding…some of my friends lose all their weight while breastfeeding…bottom line is…EVERYBODY is different and how your body acts while breastfeeding is something you won’t find out until you’ve been doing it for a couple months. That being said I can lose about 3/4ths of my weight while breastfeeding and working out…but that last little bit that is SO HARD to lose won’t come off until I stop breastfeeding.
As for the PALEO diet while breastfeeding I honestly think it is best to simple eat a VERY CLEAN, HEALTHY, BALANCED diet! Bottom line! As far as counting calories, I wouldn’t put yourself on any kind of extreme low calorie restriction (you’re milk supply will go down). Eat 6 balanced meals!
AND if you are working out your milk supply MAY DECREASE if you aren’t eating enough…
it really just depends on your body!
Crossfit and breastfeeding is totally doable!! I had a HUGE supply while doing crossfit as I breastfed Baylor! It really didn’t decrease my supply but I also ate more (still very healthy and unbalanced) but I could really decrease my calories when I didn’t breastfeed. 
I know when some people workout really hard they can lose their milk supply quickly but it really depends on your body (once again).
Just wear 2 really good sports bras!! After my WODs I have some seriously engorged boobs…so make sure those puppies are secure!

I would LOVE to get to 125 pounds!
Enter races this summer, run, continue Crossfit and modified PALEO!
Continue to tone my body!
WHAT DOES YOUR CARDIO WORKOUT LOOK LIKE? DO YOU RUN!?
If I don’t make it to the gym (cause I’m a mother first and foremost!) I will try to go for a run!
I live in Idaho so I have like 3 months where it’s literally the frozen tundra so I dedicate way more time at the gym and did my cardio there!
My winter cardio? AIRDYNE and ROWING MACHINE!
I HATE both of them but MAN they are amazing cardio workouts!!
ALSO
some of the CROSSFIT WODs are great cardio workouts!
It depends on how long it is and if they have burpees or double-unders involved.
My usual run is 5k distance or longer…I live in the country so I just run where my little feet take me!
