WEEK 4: 6 WEEK AT-HOME WORKOUTS! {Fitness/Tutorials/Video of the Week}

It’s WEEK 4! By now you should be getting the hang of this working out every day thing!! I wanted to start this week off with a little fitness DIY that will REALLY REALLY help you all at home with your sore muscles!

PLEASE tell me you’ve all used a mobility roller before!!

A mobility roller is a lot like a massage! It helps find those knots within those muscle fibers and lengthens the muscle! It’s such an important thing to do before a workout and can even be considered part of your warmup! It really stretches out those muscles that have tightened and increased blood flow and can increase flexibility! You can see how to use a mobility roller HERE! Straight up…this hurts…like A LOT! But, it really loosens up those muscles and actually decreases soreness! These little mobility rollers can be pretty pricey so I am going to show you how to do it for under 15 bucks.

Just wrap a cheap yoga mat around a 4 inch PVC pipe with some athletic tape and you’ve got yourself a mobility roller!pipe So cheap and so easy! There are ways to buy them online for cheap as well but WHY NOT do it yourself!!roller
