WE INTERRUPT THESE PLAYGROUND EXERCISES FOR SOMETHING EPIC!
I was cleaning my floors yesterday and thought…’HEY, I should totally do a rag/hand towel/dish towel workout!’
Because, let’s face it! Who doesn’t want to clean AND workout at the same time? I mean, aren’t those your favorite past times too? …no! Well whether you like it or not, I made a really MAKESHIFT video of my dish towel workout!! The video consists of these special made up movements that are sure to make you sweat!
Like the TWIST DOWN and the SIDE LUNGE
and the MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (knees to chest) and (outside elbows)
and last but not least, the PLANK SPLITS and the HAND HAND ELBOW ELBOW
Okay, maybe some of those movements weren’t made up, but the names sure were!!!!
SO, what’s the workout?
Perform each movement for 30 seconds and immediately rotate to the next movement.
Rest 2 minutes after each movement is completed.
Then repeat…until you’ve completed 5 rounds!!
Which means this workout SHOULD only take you about 20-30 minutes (including a little warm up beforehand so you don’t pull your hamstring)
