CrossFit Warm Up
First let’s warm up! Your warm up is so important. Warming up will help prevent injury. You can use my CrossFit warm up or choose one of your own.
CrossFit Playground Workout #2
- 10 jump-overs (find a platform that is roughly 2 feet off the ground and make sure it’s not too wide, anything from 4-12 inches)
- 2 bear crawl passes (back and forth, the entire length of the playground)
- 10 weighted-squats (make sure to stay on those heels, keep that back straight, knees out, and chest up)
- 5 jumping pull ups (find anything you can grab hold of and jump into the pull-up) even if you can’t do pull ups, jumping into the pull-up and pulling your body as far up as you possibly can will help strengthen your body for pull-ups in the future
