With my first 2 pregnancies, I was miserable 😖🤢. I took the excuse “I am pregnant” to an extreme and although I didn’t have any medical issues, I didn’t workout and I ate what I wanted. “I am pregnant, I don’t have to do anything.” That soon turned into, “I hurt everywhere and can’t walk up the stairs without losing my breath…I guess I will just watch shows all day.”
BAH. I wish I was exaggerating.
Mentally and physically I was a mess…
Once delivery, recovery, and postpartum came along, mentally and physically I was a mess. I struggled with postpartum depression and it took my body months to recover. 5 years later with much more empowerment and education (more details in the program), I decided to reclaim my next pregnancy and take action. I not only grew my biggest, healthiest baby, but I also had no vaginal tears and my recovery was beautiful, with no postpartum depression!
