✨A special church selfie for our last Sunday here.✨
This unique scary beautiful exhausting time with just me and my babies has come to a close. It’s back to Utah for now as we navigate through the rest of the school year and prepare for our next adventures.
This pandemic has brought a lot of pain but it’s also brought this new sense of clarity that reminds me how short life is and what’s really important.
Although at times it feels like so much freedom has been taken, it’s also has given me a new view on what’s possible.
If anything was possible, how would we school or work or live.
I would have never considered pulling my kids from school for two months and homeschooling from an island before this and now I wonder why I haven’t done it sooner.
We limit ourselves when we live in the rhythm of normalcy, complacency, and comfort.
What would you explore or do if you weren’t afraid? Believe it or not, adventure, growth, and expansion is still available to us.
Manifest what you desire.
Even if it feels impossible.
You’ve got nothing to lose.
BTW shoes are optional at church in Kauai. #kidding #notkidding
Also, I will note: masks were worn throughout church and we sat distanced from other families. I’m so grateful I was able to attend this chapel once again! It’s my favorite and it was so sad when it was closed.

The yummiest ankle mobility flow that you can’t even see because of my pants.

Don’t get me wrong, we all love the flowy pants but as you can see by the video, they seem to cover my legs when I didn’t want it and not cover them when I needed it most. 😬🤣
Just imagine that you can see the half squat transition slowly into the half butterfly stretch to wild thing and then crawl forward to half splits up to a pistol squat. Whaaaaat!?!
My legs were shot from surfing so my pistols struggled today but adding them to my flows brings a fun strength element, not only for my quads but also for my ankles.
This flow was sped up a lot. The yumminess comes from really sinking into each posture and giving it some breaths.
Also important to note my intense commitment to those jungle vibes with the hair and the leopard print. It’s really a shame I didn’t swing on some vines with this outfit, but let’s be real...swinging on actual vines is legit hard. 🤣🤣🤣

Birthday YOUTUBE video?!
Say what!?!
Although all of my beautiful birthday video footage was filmed vertically, apparently that’s not going to stop me!
It was a birthday I want to remember for forever and ever, so YouTube video it is!

It’s a special place with personalized papaya soaps, it’s own newspaper with all the ins and outs of what to do around Princeville, and a charm that you won’t find anywhere else.
Let’s all pray that Kauai can safely open up soon so we can all go and support this little shack!
And thank you again to everyone who helped make my birthday so special (you know who you are) and for all the birthday wishes.
This year is going to be a special one for me, I can feel it in my bones.

3.One of the best ways to find out who you are is within complete stillness.
4.Everyone should have a therapist.
5.It’s okay to not be okay.

8.Animosity hurts no one but yourself.
9.You can find peace within the chaos.
10.It doesn’t matter if no one likes you, as long as you like you.
11.Emotional pain hurts deeper than physical pain.
12.It is okay to let go. Of control. Of people. Of the old you.
13.Connection is energy and 2020 was your training course on how to feel it, use it, and raise it.
14.Always question everything. That is the truest form of enlightenment.
15.Walk around your house naked. Clothes are overrated.
16.Times of growth and healing often feel lonely but remember, you are never alone. You have God, Christ, and your angels to lean on.
17.Learn from your naïveté but do not let it callous you.
18.Embracing both your feminine and masculine side is really sexy.
19.The greatest thing you’ll ever learn, is just to love.
20.Your breath can heal you.
21.You can be a kind person and still have boundaries.
22.You can say no and not give an explanation.
23.Change is suppose to happen. Lean into it.
24.Every single day is a gift and if you don’t live presently, that gift will be gone forever.
25.Some people are not ready for your light and will manipulate and use it, it’s okay to protect it.
26.You create your reality. Realize that and you will start living the life you desire.
27.Superficial worries will cloud any growth, wake up and dive deep.
28.You weren’t suppose to live your life at 100 mph every day. Slow yourself down.
29.If you don’t care about anything, start to care with a little self-care.
30.Do something childlike every single day.
31.If you don’t fit a label, congratulations, you’ve figured it out. Being unique is your superpower.
32.Always eat the cake and don’t waste your life counting calories.
33.Feel and be grateful for every single emotion. They are our greatest teachers.

We raised $12,200 for women owned business on Kauai! You did that! Thousands of you from all over the world.
We gave 3 women $4000 during the C@vid shut down so they could pay rent or feed their families while their business is closed or struggles to stay open.
Just like this photo, there are always unseen angels working alongside us. Helping us align with souls who need it most. 2 of these women didn’t know I existed before today and now I’m sure we will never forget each other. And they will never forget any of you!
So take this big ginormous Kauai tree hug that is wrapped in sun flares and magical angel vibes and feel it wherever you are.
You helped change a life and made my birthday wish come true.
