Since the end of April I have been training with my brother in law to get that rocking body for summer! I weighed in at the beginning of the training and took measurements…then last Wednesday I weighed in again. After 1500 calorie days and dripping sweat workouts…the results are in! I was so nervous, I mean I knew I had seen results but I didn’t know how great the results would be.
*I lost 4.5 inches off my waist
*I lost 10 mm off the back of my arm (that means that when they pinched my arm to figure the fat percentage it was 10 mm less then 2 and a half months ago)
*I lost 5 mm off my thigh
*I lost 7 pounds of body fat
*I gained 7 pounds of lean muscle mass
*I went from 27% body fat to 20% body fat
The results are in and they are awesome!!! I am so glad that all of the hard work has paid off! The best part about this adventure is that is has just started! I am not slowing down anytime soon and the results are going to keep coming! I have to give a shout out to my amazing fantastic trainer, Jessie Smith (my brother in law). I couldn’t have done it without him.
