Everyone who follows me on instagram knows that I am obsessed with sharing all the snippets of our families day through the lens of my phone!
I started taking so many pictures that eventually I knew I wanted to display some of these in my home.
I decided to print my Instagram photos through PRINSTAGR.AM and I was very happy with how they turned out!
I’ve been slowly changing out my decor for more of a ‘modern’ look, so when I received my prints, I knew I wanted to update this old window pane!
Eventually the other ideas started to flow and before I knew it, I had Instagram pictures littering my house.
The funny thing is I feel like I can’t get enough!!
Each picture is so unique and captures such a wonderful essence that it brings the perfect, personal touch to any room.
As of right now, both of my chilren’s rooms and my family room have a display with pictures on them.
Here are my idea’s and a tutorial on how to display them!
Like you saw in the picture above, these window panes were being used with other house hold decor items, but don’t be afraid to try a decor piece in more than one way!
It is fun to see all the different ways you can utilize some decorations.
ESPECIALLY WINDOW PANES!
There are millions of ways to decorate with them!
I simply added my pictures with twine and mini clothespins!
Tie a knot at one end of your string, take some hot glue, and do the same with the other side!
Make sure it’s tight enough to be able to handle the weight of a few photos and clothespins.
Another great thing about displaying your photos this way is you can simply take them off the clothespin and replace them with updated pictures!
With the other window pane that I am working with, I simply hot glued one end of the twine to the top of the window and tied the other end to the clothespin so it was ‘hanging’ over the window.
I took one picture from each month of little B’s first 6 months of life!
It’s really a precious piece of art for me to see everyday, especially since time flies so fast!

The last way I displayed my pictures was in my daughters room.
I simply strung a piece of the same twine, used in the 2 previous examples, and tied it on the ends to nails in the wall.
While I try to put her to sleep at night, my little girl will talk all about the adventures in each picture and the fun moments I captured of her.
I started, hung, and finished these displays all in one day!
They were all very simple and very cheap!
