To help you get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful sunshine I’ve created this CrossFit Inspired Playground Workout Series. Most of the moves are simple for beginners but some you will build your strength up and see improvement the more you do them!
If you are willing to drive around a bit, I bet you will find the PERFECT playground. It’s a foolproof plan. AND the best part…most of the workouts REQUIRE you to use your kids. So instead of you sitting on the bench on your phone not interacting with your kids, you are playing with them and gaining memories. Done and done.

CrossFit Warm Up
First let’s warm up! Your warm up is so important. Warming up will help prevent injury. You can use my CrossFit warm up or choose one of your own.

- 7 Bleacher Box Jumps
- 7 Weighted Child Squats
