The adorable turkey and leaves and banner came from my talented and gorgeous friend Staci Potter from THE POTTERS PLACE and her #potterpacks !!! A POTTER PACK is this amazing box of goodies that is filled with everything her family and her are loving that month!! It was filled with treats and jewelry and quotes and projects and amazing things for the entire family!! You much check them out!! It’s always been very important to me to keep a clean and neat home. Since becoming a mother however, that hasn’t always been so easy anymore. Over the last couple years I have tried to put my OCD tendencies aside and really work on embracing what our home should really be about. And in my opinion my home should be about a place my kids can come home to and feel safe, warm, secure, and I place to make memories and traditions. Lately I’ve been wanting to warm my home up a bit with some new decorations or a fun DIY thanksgiving decoration but then I looked at my sweet little kids who have been in the phase of crafting and creating and told myself that I would set the fun new craft project I had planned on aside, and work on something with them. Something we could hang up and all feel like we contributed on. We decided to make a THANKFUL TURKEY and a THANKFUL BANNER!! We wrote what we were thankful for on both and hung them in our home!! Although we don’t always have the cleaniest and most organized home anymore. We are still THANKFUL that we can surround ourselves with great products like these Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day® products. They smell delicious and they are free from harmful chemicals! Your home is what you make it. It’s your muse. Your refuge. A source of joy and inspiration. Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day® is made for all the beautiful things you grow in your home. Homegrown inspiration is everywhere and in everyday items, which is why I love doing projects with my kids that are inspired by our everyday lives and things that we are grateful for everyday!

More About Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day®:
The products were inspired by Mrs. Thelma A. Meyer, an Iowa homemaker and mother of nine. It all started when one of her daughters was walking down a cleaning aisle, eyeing all the products with their harsh, stinky chemicals. Right then and there, she had an idea: “Let’s make cleaners that smell nice, like my mom’s garden, but still work like the dickens on daily dirt and grime.“
What They Make
For generations we’ve had to put up with harsh chemical smells to get a good clean. Enter Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day. A collection of household products made with essential oils from flowers and herbs that smell nice, but really pack a punch against daily dirt and grime. The garden fresh scents include Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Basil, Geranium and many others. All are earth-friendly, cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
About MRS. THELMA A. MEYER
Thelma A. Meyer is a real person with a real passion for keeping things neat and tidy. She is the inspiration behind Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day– household cleaners that work like the dickens but smell nice. Thelma, an avid gardener, wouldn’t have it any other way.
With scents that are inspired by a Midwest backyard garden, and products that are chock-full of plant-derived ingredients and essential oils, we’re continuously channeling Thelma’s passion for the environment. As a mother of nine, she was no-nonsense, and had a sensible approach to living a healthy and balanced life. It’s this balance that Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day® hope to achieve with the products they make. Mrs. Thelma A. Meyer believes in a happy medium between perfectionism and a happy, “lived in” home. Ask Thelma and she’ll tell you that cleaning is something that just has to get done, so there’s more time to enjoy family and friends. So if you can make cleaning more pleasant, well, why wouldn’t you? This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of the Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day®.
