I love when the holiday season rolls around! It’s incredible how to coldness in the air can warm so many hearts! It really is such a beautiful thing. Sometimes I feel as if I want to do so much but don’t have the means or ability because of my young kids or time or whatever my excuses may be. BUT, there is always something ‘little’ we can do, and by ‘little’ things are great moments and smiles brought to pass. I truly believe that! Something so small can actually mean something really special for someone! Which is why I want to share this campaign with you all!

I really love this campaign! I have been doing this with my family and so far we have seen so many beautiful things happen. It’s been such a fun way to give back even with my little ones in tow.
Here are some of the ways we gave back.
DAY1: smile at a stranger. This was fun because my kids and I all did it to different people and you could really see their face brighten up!
DAY2: help with someone’s groceries. I ran to the store by myself the other night and noticed an elderly lady walking to her car. I simple asked her if she could use the help and she gladly accepted!
Day3: we went to Chick-fil-a for lunch and I paid for the car behind me! Hopefully they do the same for the car behind them and so on! Such a cool ripple effect.
DAY4: Raked leaves in a neighbor’s yard. The kids had a blast and Jeff and I got in a good workout!
DAY5: Provide a meal for a homeless person. There are a lot of homeless people in SLC. Grabbing some extra food on the way out or in a drive thru is easy and helps feed someone who really could be so hungry. It was great for my kids to see me serving someone and to see the light in his eyes sparkle a bit.
Those are just some of the ways that we have served and we are still serving!! We are on day 15 and we couldn’t love this campaign more!!
SOOO, will you join me?
XOXO
