Maybe it’s the motherhood madness, fighting the winter colds, Christmas programs, plays, and so much more. Not only does it keep you sane, but it also makes you feel less guilty about all those holiday treats you are eating. How do I do it? Brace yourselves because I am about to share all my secrets with you guys!
First, none of you should be surprised that one of my secrets to fitting it all in this holiday season is working out at home! I’ve shared so many great workouts you can do in the comfort of your home. It’s a lifesaver for me this month. Especially since my little boy has had a cold and I couldn’t take him to the gym. When I am with my kids, they want to play and play some more, so why not turn the play into a workout! Quality time with my kids while burning calories and sculpting my body? Please and thank you!

Don’t be afraid to take a break and give your kids some airplane rides. AND if you want to get your kids even more involved… use them as your weights!! They love it and your body will feel the burn!
