This month I am focusing my energy on connection. I am so excited to share with you different ways we NEED connection as humans.
You might be thinking, “Now Sadie, I am an introvert, I don’t like connection.” Well, you don’t have to like it but I am here to tell you YOU NEED it! The act of connecting can restore parts of your energy and vibration that have been lacking. Giving you restorative power that can heal!
There are so many ways to connect and today I am sharing my favorite ways to connect with yourself!
- Create your space (incense and crystals)
- Singing, humming, whistling
- Observe your breathing
- Bubble bath
- Target shopping
- Bowl of popcorn and watch the Bachelor
- Paint your nails
- Decorate a space in your home
