I am going to share 3 simple tricks you can use today to improve your gut health today.
Sleep…How many times have we heard we need more sleep? But do we actually get enough sleep? Aim for 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Easier said than done right? Meditation is an excellent way to calm the mind and get yourself ready for sleep.
Eat slowly…I talk about this in my Simply Nourished course. It’s not just about feeling full but being present while you eat. Hey, we’ve all got time and nowhere to be right now.
Hydration… Water is life. Literally. Water aids the balance of good bacteria and has a positive effect on the lining of your intestines. Say what Sadie? It’s science, just trust me. Or research it, it’s really some fascinating stuff!
