Movement has become so much a part of my life. I literally don’t know what I would do without it! So many have asked me about my workouts. What time do I workout? What type of workout is my favorite? Where did I get started? I have reached a point that I can happily say, movement is all about what my body needs at that moment…that day. And you can get there too! In this 7 day e-course I go over how to get started, different forms of movement, and even how to just let go! Psst. Free flow movement is my favorite! I will tell you all about that in this challenge!

Here's the daily schedule:

Day 1: Full Body (no weights)

Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need an expensive gym membership or fancy equipment. Plus I will share my fitness journey with you!

Day 2: Yoga

Yoga is not just stretching and awkward poses. Let me also tell you how yoga saved my life!

Day 3: Get Outside

The great outdoors is full of adventure. Let’s take advantage! Today I will share all of my favorite ways to get movement in the great outdoors.

Day 4: Dance

No rhythm? It’s ok, no one is watching! Dancing is a great way to get your heart rate up and release all the emotions and feelings you have stored inside. Today we will go over making a playlist.

Day 5: Yin Yoga (or sculpt)

Have you ever woken up from a dream and thought, I’ve got to remember that one in the morning, only to wake up the next morning and you can’t remember it?!

Day 6: HITT

These short periods of high intensity moves allow you to get an amazing workout in a shorter amount of time.

Day 7: Restore Yoga

Rest doesn’t mean sitting still. Let’s talk about all the reasons we need rest and then end this journey with a meditation.
