And that’s when I had my big “ah-ha” moment.
I began teaching my children the same self-love tools that I have learned and shared with so many people. As I taught my children these tools, the results were amazing! I saw my children’s confidence grow incredibly. They gained the confidence necessary to tackle the challenges of not only childhood but life in general.
Part of being healthy and harnessing the power within us is learning to move and be active! That’s why I have also created Simply Kids Fitness, a 5-week workout course specifically geared toward kids that can be done in your home and without any equipment! Just push play on your TV or laptop and follow along as Panda, my kids, and I take you from warm-up to cool-down. Each week includes five themed workouts and one weekly yoga flow. With a weekly affirmation workout, Simply Kids Fitness continues the focus on self-love and empowerment.

I created this course to help children be comfortable moving their bodies. I also wanted to give them resources that would translate into everyday life. Each workout can be done with the child alone or do the workout and Yoga flow with your child.
